Job Requirements*

- 8+ years of experience in MS SQL Server Database Administration (DBA)
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022 versions)
- Installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
- Hands-on experience in:
- Performance tuning (execution plans, indexing, query optimization)
- Backup & recovery strategies (full, differential, log backups)
- Strong knowledge of:
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery (Always On, Log Shipping, Replication, Clustering)
- Experience in:
- SQL migrations and upgrade activities
- Production support environments (24x7 support models)
- Exposure to:
- Azure SQL / Managed Instance / Cloud-based deployments
- Good understanding of:
- Windows Server environments
- Database security (TDE, encryption, access controls)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
