This role will be responsible for supplier management and improvement, solve quality issues during sourcing and find the root causes, push suppliers to provide corrective actions and follow up.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Evaluation of the capabilities of new suppliers, as well as process audit.
+ Eualulate supplier quality performance and formulate supplier improvement plan to drive the suppliers to enhance their quality management level.
+ Analysis/ resolve material failure both in production line and incoming inspection.
