Specialist System Administrator Linux

We are looking for anSpecialist System Administrator Linux for the Hosting Technology team:

Key responsibilities

Platform Management: Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale Linux platforms and Ceph storage clusters.

Continuity & Support: Provide Level 3 support, working closely with Level 2 teams and participating in on‑call rotations (approx. 1 week every 6) after an initial adaptation period.

Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with colleagues in Cologne (Germany) to absorb institutional knowledge of legacy systems and document critical processes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify performance bottlenecks and propose/implement proactive improvements to the existing architecture.

What we'd like to see

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Linux systems administration, with at least 1-2 years in team leadership or technical management roles.
