Specialist, Sales Support

Job Description The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the internal and external sales team by relieving them of administrative or related work. Uses intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of product and service offerings to support customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off; follow up with internal Operations teams to ensure accurate categorization.
• Monitor Revenue – (Actuals & Scheduled Billings), Quoting tool status, and pipeline to identify revenue gaps or duplications, support Sales Management with clean forecasting outlooks.
• Conduct weekly and daily pipeline hygiene checks; flag issues like missing close plans or overdue opportunities and follow up with sellers.
• Investigate and reconcile billing/invoicing issues, including MS Sales decrements, disputes, and credits; collaborate with internal Ops and Finance teams to ensure accurate landin...
