About the job Specialist Product Engineer
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant B-Degree in Computer Science preferred but not essential if minimum requirements of experience and practical application are evident
- 5+ years experience in other Development or Systems Analysis
- 5+ years experience in software application languages UniBasic and UniVerse
- Must have work experience on Unix
- Must have an understanding of Agile Methodologies
Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking, design thinking and problem solving skills in an agile team environment to solve technical problems (Front End, Back End OR Middleware) with high quality solutions
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, problem definition, business requirements, solution development and provide recommendations to enable the operational feasibility of solutions
