JOB DESCRIPTION
The Special Events Sales Manager is responsible for proactively selling revenue-generating special event opportunities and achieving individual and team sales goals. This role supports sales leadership and collaborates with internal venue, operations, and event teams to create financially successful and well-executed special events across multiple properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively pitch and book private special events across assigned market segments and available venues.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to annual team sales targets.
Maintain consistent sales call and networking activity while tracking detailed client information.
Develop event recruitment strategies to expand creative programming and special event content.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal financial outcomes for events.
