Special Education Non-Instructional Aide (Timesheet) 1.0

Supervise and support students throughout the school day, including transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.

Assist students with daily routines and functional tasks to ensure they participate safely and appropriately in school activities.

Support personal care needs such as toileting, hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance, following district and classroom protocols.

Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.

Assist staff with preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Implement behavior supports and de-escalation strategies as directed by certified staff.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, teachers, and other team members.

Maintain confidentiality of student information at all times.
