Spare Parts Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the spare parts warehouse or storage area
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure sufficient availability of critical spare parts
• Implement inventory management procedures, including proper labeling, storage, and issuance of spare parts
• Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and withdrawals
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies between systems and physical counts
• Coordinate with purchasing for parts replenishment and ensure timely procurement
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity in the inventory management system
• Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards in the storage area
