OverviewAssist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Contribute to menu preparation and development.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Extensive hands‑on experience in Persian cuisine is a must.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
