Sourcing Leader

Responsibilities

: • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies by identifying opportunities, assessing current processes, and recommending cost and service improvements aligned with business objectives. • Manage supplier selection and contract negotiations for small to mid-level spend categories, including supporting RFP/RFQ processes, evaluations, and implementation. • Execute sourcing projects by developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving timely completion of initiatives. • Monitor supplier performance by tracking KPIs, service levels, quality metrics, and cost targets; escalate issues as appropriate. • Support end-to-end procurement activities and assist in identifying cost savings and value-creation opportunities. • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls. • Utilize procurement systems and tools (including ERP and Parts Net, if applicable) to an...
