Sourcing (Direct Material) Contract Sr. Manager

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Sourcing Contract Sr. Manager who will drive supplier‑side contract administration, manage claims with suppliers, and ensure tight back‑to‑back alignment between our customer commitments and our direct material supplier agreements—so Operations can execute with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the US‑based Sourcing team to draft, review, and negotiate direct‑material supplier contracts globally (e.g., NDAs, supply agreements, purchase order terms, amendments, and change orders), ensuring compliance with company guidelines—especially in areas impacting Operations such as delivery schedules, change control, quality requirements, packaging/logistics, Incoterms, title/risk of loss, warranties, and liquidated damages.
