DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role The Exclusive Networks PH is looking for a Post Sales Engineer to join us in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre/post sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions. We are looking for engineers who can exhibit a services first ideology.

• Provides pre and post sales support.
• As pre-sales, SE is expected to position products, conduct product presentation, size, scope and create BOMs, conduct POC/POV.
• As post-sales, SE is expected to implement projects.
• To generate passport services by bundling services and training.
• Responsible for project implementation and support.
• Implements projects within the agreed scope of work timeline.
• Provides timely after‑sales support via agreed SLAs.
• Coordinates with vendor TAC for HW & SW related issues.
• Processes RMA for customers.
