Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Sungrow photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, and related new energy products in the Philippine market;
• Develop system design proposals, equipment selection, configuration calculations, and deliver comprehensive technical solutions based on client and project requirements;
• Participate in technical discussions with clients, solution presentations, and tender processes; prepare and present technical proposals, solutions, and related documentation;
• Collaborate with sales teams to advance project implementation, maintaining efficient communication with headquarters' product, R&D, and technical support teams;
• Respond to customer technical enquiries during the pre-sales phase, providing professional, accurate, and actionable technical advice;
