Solutions Engineer

Position Overview

The Solutions Engineer (SE) in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur will serve as the technical bridge between Sales Representatives and their pre‑sales customers. As a Trend Micro product expert, the SE will guide customers and prospects in selecting and deploying Trend Micro Next‑Gen security solutions. The role takes joint ownership with the Sales team in developing customer relationships, providing leadership in security architecture and influencing customers’ technical strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand the customer journey with Trend Micro products, ensuring smooth onboarding and product experience.
• Assist the sales organization with storytelling, training, and sales enablement.
• Build and maintain relationships with cyber security partners (SOC services, cloud service partners, MSSP, etc.).
