Your Impact

The SE OJT will work under the guidance of experienced Solutions Engineers to learn and contribute to various aspects of Cisco’s pre-sales engineering process. This includes assisting with technical presentations, demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept deployments, and customer interactions. The intern will gain practical experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Support the design and implementation of proof‑of‑concept (POC) deployments.
• Shadow senior SE in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Learn to configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking and security products, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
