Purpose of the Job:
The Solution Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and product guidance to customers, partners, and others who are involved in developing the Business Solution platform. Must be technically proficient in various computer languages such as but not limited to XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. And will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and business resolution and active maintenance consultancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation activities such as installation, configuration and comprehensive documentation
- Perform preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain daily activities of all the work completed or work in-process
- Responds promptly to all requests made by authorized personnel in other departments who seek to utilize data processing or BSSC services.
- Ensure quality of service is rendered to all clients of CTI.
