Solution Architect Full Stack Java Developer Relevant exp – 10 -18 years Education: BE/ME, MCA – with no gaps or max 1 year gap throughout first class (SSC, Diploma, and graduation) exception will be in HSC (should score at least 50% and above) Primary (Essential) Technical Skills : 1. hands-on experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 2. Should be willing to learn new technologies 3. Capable of developing robust, high quality code from the specifications 4. Experience in J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, EJB with experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle 5. Experience in development of stored procedures 6. Ability to manage a team of 5-10 people Soft / Behavioral Skills: Confident, Responsible and High Initiative Driven Good Customer Interaction Skills Strong in problem solving and quick in decision making.
