Solicitor- Retrain

This is a remote position. Our client are looking to recruit a NQ 5 years PQE Solicitor who possesses a solid background in handling civil litigation matters such as RTA, Clinical Negligence or EL/PL claims, or a solicitor with criminal law experience in anti-social behaviour. Good advocacy skills are essential to the role, as is being enthusiastic, driven and personable.

The successful candidate will be representing large registered social landlord clients in a range of areas including housing management, anti-social behaviour, and leasehold and ownership issues. Training in housing law will be provided as this is a retrain role, however it is essential that the applicant has litigation experience and can demonstrate sound knowledge of the litigation process.

1-3 years
