On-site - Caloocan | 1-3 Years Experience | Diploma | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar PV systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures
- Assemble and mount solar panels on rooftops or ground‑mounted systems
- Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and system connections
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and structural integrity of installations
- Conduct system testing and basic troubleshooting after installation
- Follow project plans, technical drawings, and specifications
- Adhere to safety standards and use proper PPE at all times
- Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and project managers on‑site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
- Provide basic system orientation to clients if required
