**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking an individual to fill the role of a **Software Technical Project Manager** . As a Software Technical Project Manager you will:

+ Understand software development lifecycle management from scoping and requirements defining through deployment and post launch maintenance.
+ Construct detailed plans, contracts, and manage project budgets while continuously identifying and proactively addressing program and software teams risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
+ Refine processes and procedures to increase teams productivity and deliver efficiency.
+ Communicate complex engineering challenges into business requirements and vice versa.
+ Work with with little direction while delivering outcomes.
+ Be able to context switch and handle the management, deficiencies, and roadblocks for a large variety of software applications.
