The team transforms raw data into reporting, tools, and automations, delivering benefits through zero‑touch automations, interactive web applications, dashboards, data feeds, and APIs.

Role Purpose

The position requires a dynamic, proactive individual who understands business needs and supports the Technology Operations strategy. Key focus areas include communication, problem‑solving, web and database development, and delivery of new tools, automations, APIs, and machine learning/AI solutions. The role demands extensive software development experience, data extraction from workflow management tools, creation of visualizations, and identification of code and performance issues to enhance Technology Operations.
