Title: Software Engineer – Test Automation

Position type: Full Time – Contract

Duration:12 Months

Location: Charlotte North Carolina (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days Remote)




Software Engineer – Test Automation, You will:



1. Functional Test Automation Enablement & Impediment Resolution

  • Act as a senior technical enablement resource to triage, analyze, and resolve automation issues impacting LOB teams.
  • Partner with LOB Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to: Diagnose systemic automation challenges. Recommend compliant patterns and configurations aligned with enterprise standards. Drive resolution across tooling, pipelines, frameworks, and execution models.
  • Identify recurring impediments and feed actionable insights into enablement materials...
