Key Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation and integration projects for enterprise clients across APAC and the Middle East.
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans, timelines, and live cutover strategies with minimal downtime.
- Provide expert‑level support on deployment, system configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
- Review code, define development strategies, and uphold software quality standards.
- Lead onsite client support when required (e.g., Singapore, Dubai).
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical upskilling across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
