Software Engineer - MES Application.

We are looking for a dynamic MES Application Support Engineer to support and enhance mission‑critical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a fast‑paced technology environment. This role will primarily focus on application support (70%) while also contributing to development and system enhancements (30%) .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for MES applications, ensuring high system availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics to proactively identify issues
