• Design technical architectures and solutions with your team
• Provide actionable feedback on code reviews and technical decisions
• Conduct 1:1 meetings for career support of direct reports
• Participate in hiring to expand the engineering team
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in software development, especially SaaS
