Software Developer Lead (.NET/ AngularJS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into scalable system architecture.
• Provide hands‑on development support using .NET (C#) and AngularJS / Angular, contributing to key features where required.
• Guide and mentor developers by conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g. project managers, system integration, functional teams) to resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Define and maintain development standards, documentation practices, and testing approaches (unit/integration).
