SoC Digital Test & Characterization Engineer

Qualcomm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Digital Processors and Sensors Characterization Engineer to develop innovative test and characterization solutions. The role involves supporting new product introduction including silicon validation and characterization, as well as enhancing the manufacturing processes of Qualcomm's System-on-Chip products.

The ideal candidate should have more than 6 years of industry experience, particularly in processors and sensors performance characterization, and must be familiar with various ATE testing programs.
