  • The role is critical to raising the profile and visible support of Technical related incidents across the system and ensuring quality, food safety and workplace safety are managed and mitigated. It is also responsible for effective process implementation, identifying and developing system capability to avoid repeat incidents and to mitigate other industry trends.
