Vacancy Description
- Define and articulate the product vision, business objectives, and roadmap for SME products (deposits, payments, cards)
- Build products from 0 to 1, leading end-to-end product development from conceptualisation and business requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape product elements that differentiate Monee's SME offering
- Track and monitor key portfolio metrics on an ongoing basis, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of product launches
- Collaborate with technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to bring products to market effectively
- Engage cross-functionally across all parts of the bank to align on product requirements and drive decisions, managing stakeholders at varying seniority levels
