We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in AI Technology Projects and Human Resources processes. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience managing international projects and driving strategic initiatives across global organizations.

Key Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience in AI technology projects and enterprise-level implementation initiatives
• Solid background in HR, Talent Management, or Skills Framework projects (strictly required)
• Proven experience managing pilot programs and scaling projects across multinational or global organizations
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling international or cross-regional projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones and diverse project environments
• Strong project management and change management expertise, particularly within HR-related initiatives
