RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead site team (as assigned) for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, priorities, and contract specifications
- Carry out In-process Quality Control inspection from time to time
- Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality, misconduct, delay, etc
- Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment
- To control and manage general workers and subcon
- Control and minimize material wastages
- Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Construction works
- Able to work in a team and cope in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
