Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments.
- Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Handle incident and problem management; investigate incident/problem tickets, identify root causes, provide effective solutions, and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus).
- Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
