Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities Triage and resolve break-fix issues across DevOps and platform tooling Support CI/CD pipeline stability (failures, permissions, configuration issues) Perform system health checks and ensure reliability of platforms Provide Day-2 support for newly deployed tools and services Execute onboarding activities (repos, pipelines, access management) Assist developers with code quality and security scan issues Maintain container-based development workflows (Docker) Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-assisted tools Document runbooks, processes, and knowledge base artifacts Collaborate with SRE, DevEx, QA, and application teams Technology Stack Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines) CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code Docker containers (JavaScript, Python) Grafana or observability tools SonarQube (code quality/security) JFrog Artifactory AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) Internal Developer Platforms Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise DevOps o...
