Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.

Qualifications

• NTC/Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision of structural/architectural works in building construction.
• Computer literacy would be an advantage.
