Site Management & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple sites
• Independently manage site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans
• Coordinate installation teams on-site, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications

Project Execution & Planning

• Ensure project plans and schedules are strictly followed, monitoring progress and adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines
• Track site milestones and report any delays or risks promptly to senior management

Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections of installed glass and aluminium systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to address any defects or rework required
