Job Overview

Controlling a full manufacturing site with the cross-functional understanding of all the areas of a manufacturing facility and adept at managing personnel and labour relations along with the plant operations.

Position Responsibilities

1. Carry out a thorough review of all processes and procedures currently being used by the Company and review where improvements could be made to increase efficiency.
2. Planning and monitoring of the site to ensure that work is executed within the budgets allowed and in accordance with the contractual programme.
3. Ensure that Industrial Relations are maintained and that grievances not resolved at site level are handled in accordance with the company policy and where required, chair disciplinary hearings.
4. Ensure adequate tools, equipment, and material are available on site to affect the work and that proper controls are maintained on these.
