Site Manager and Technical Lead

Job Summary:

The Site Manager and Technical Lead will be responsible for the optimal operation of the Las Vegas Graduate Health Science Campus and lead the campus’s IT team. Responsibilities for this position include overseeing the internal and external service providers for IT, facilities, safety, and security of the campus establishments. The position will manage remote site operations to include, but not limited to monitoring incoming tickets for all locations (currently Las Vegas, OI, Downtown Oahu and various MCPs), responding to HPU constituents, and identifying, prioritizing, resolving IT issues, and identifying trends both recurring and cyclic. This role will assist with prioritizing incidents and setting user expectations for ITS services. Ensure high levels of customer service quality and availability. This position is located at the Las Vegas campus with the occasional travel required to the main campus on Oahu.
