- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, work accomplishments, and site documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and provide recommendations to prevent or address delays.
- Ensure strict implementation of safety and housekeeping policies on-site.
- Check and verify material deliveries and usage to maintain proper inventory control.
