Vacancy Description
- Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical plans, and project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality assurance, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Conduct daily inspections of work progress, equipment, and manpower performance.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and documentation for project monitoring.
- Prepare keyplan and other site planning requirements as directed by the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Request materials with proper basis (approved drawings, quantity take-off, and project schedule) to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
