Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ building project experience
- Proven experience on large residential and commercial developments
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drawings, and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors, quality control, and site progress
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant construction qualification advantageous
- Coordinate daily site engineering activities
- Ensure works are completed according to specifications and programme
