Site Agent - Urgently needed

Overview

An established Cape Town-based construction company is seeking a hands‑on Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a R40 million+ high‑end, multi‑level private residence in Cape Town. This is a technically demanding build on a steep, sloped site, requiring a Site Manager with proven experience in complex residential construction and the ability to manage programme, cost, and quality under pressure.

This role is best suited to:

• Experienced Site Managers
• Senior Foremen ready to step up, who have worked on large, complex builds

Key Responsibilities

• Full on‑site management of a high‑end residential build from groundworks through to final handover
• Management of all subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Driving construction programme and ensuring adherence to project timelines
