Site Acquisition Specialist

Selectek is looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist (VA/PA Market) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.



Required:

3-5 years of related experience

Experience with new site builds (search rings)

Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.

Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.

Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.

Ability to travel when as needed is required.

Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Requires excellent communication skill...
