Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lease Negotiation

• Conduct deep market research to identify high-traffic locations based on demographics and competition.

• Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for new and existing retail sites.

• Cultivate and maintain strong networks with landlords, property owners, and real estate brokers.



2. Project Planning & Management

• Execute and monitor the full scope of store projects, including new openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and timelines.

• Oversee construction, design, and procurement processes to ensure quality and compliance.

• Monitor vendors and contractors in real-time to maintain schedule control and resolve quality issues
