ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call”, and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc.Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis, before, after and during shift.Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.Interact with co-workers and guests in a professional and polite manner.Any...
