OVERVIEW

A shipping brokerage firm headquartered in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Tokyo office (Chiyoda-ku) during its start-up and expansion phase. This role will be responsible for shipping operations across Dry Cargo / Dry Bulk as well as tanker segments, covering freight calculations, vessel operations management, and post-fixture operational handling.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall shipping operations management
• Freight and cost calculations
• Monitoring and management of vessel schedules and voyage operations
• Post-fixture operations, including execution after charter contracts are concluded
