* Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Pulp & Paper/Tissue OR
   FMCG Industry
* Supervisor Development Program - An Advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
* Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during
  assigned Shifts
* Oversee Maintenance activities
* Troubleshoot any Technical issues
