Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive shift outcomes to meet contractual service levels.
• Manage expenditures within budget; investigate and correct overruns.
• Enforce procedural compliance and staff training.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and hold staff accountable.
• Conduct staff meetings, discipline, and training.
• Resolve operational and staff issues effectively.

Requirements

• Relevant Tertiary Degree (Honours in Business / Supply Chain preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transport, FMCG, or QRS Management.
• Strong computer literacy: MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Advanced WMS and GP system skills.
