Shift Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Pasig)

Job Description

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch


• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks


• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control


• Lead, train & manage the store team


• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams


• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance


• Handle escalations and peak volume operations


• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail operations


• Good leadership & team handling skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog)


• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
