What you ll do :
Managing and overseeing teams in shifts taking care of receiving, handling, GRN processing, put away, picking, line issuance, scrap movement, return of rejected materials to vendors and parts issuance for subcontracted assembly parts, proto/ trial requirements and aftermarket requirements.
Train and manage the warehouse support team members to solve day-to-day operational issues.
Work closely with operations team in achieving Warehouse Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]
Root Cause analysis for deviation in KPIs and fixing the issues with corrective & preventive actions
