About the role

You will partner with stores to develop sales capability to drive profitable sales growth for defined services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure sales targets are met by identifying Area and Store opportunities and developing strategies and targets to drive sales growth.

Work closely with the State Sales Manager - Services to create and implement strategies for stores with tangible outcomes and achievable time frames.

Work directly with store leadership team to facilitate face to face learning and coaching solutions that support sales of services products.
